The fact of using the site implies that you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the confidentiality rules and online selling conditions when you make a purchase ABO may occasionally modify or make changes to these Terms & Conditions.

Using the site after alleged modifications implies that you agree to comply with modified Terms & Conditions. Please read the Terms & Conditions regularly. If you do not agree with any of the Terms & Conditions or modified Terms & Conditions you must stop using the site immediately.

PRE-ORDER

Please notice that all ABO shoes displayed on our webs shop are available only as pre-order items.

This means that the pair of ABO shoes you want will be produced upon your purchase. ABO shoes are handmade and our production is very limited. We don`t have stock and pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not yet produced.

ABO develops beautifully crafted products with an authentic and consistent consideration to responsible production. This way we are making sure that each pair of ABO shoes are made to perfection and are worth waiting for.

ABO shoes made as a special request will be ready within 30 days from the day of the purchase. Add to that shipping time and please be aware that it will take about a month and a half in total to receive your pair of ABO`s. If you can wait, we would be more than glad to proceed with your pre-order.

For shoes ordered during big sale actions, add 7 working days to normal production time for your ABO`s to get ready for shipping.

ABO products ordered during big sale actions cannot be returned or replaced by another pair. Order of sale items cannot be cancelled.

Once a pre-order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. ABO shoes that are made as a pre-order cannot be returned or replaced by another pair.

ABO shoes are handmade, our production is very small and accepting a special order means that we will make additional effort and time to process it, so make sure you are familiar with our Terms & Conditions before you make a special request.

By pre-order system of purchase ABO Studio is making impact on our planet as low as possible. We only produce as much as we can sell. We only use high quality stock leather of animals that are being used in food industry so no animal is killed in vain. Our production is very small. This makes it possible for us to work closely together and maintain a strong relationship with our craftsmen.

AVAILABILITY

We are currently producing ABO shoes in EU sizes 36, 37, 38, 39, 40 and 41. Smaller and larger sizes will be available soon.

Although our web shop purchase option is only pre-order, we have limited collections of ABO shoes available in our exclusive Belgrade shop.

We usually make up to 5 pairs (in each available size) per color combination. If it happens that, by popular demand, we do repeat a color scheme, it is repeated on 20 pairs of ABO shoes at most, which means that you probably won`t meet another person wearing ABO`s just like yours!

PAYMENT

Accepted Answer

Your payment is handled by PayPal with secure encryption and under strict banking standards and we accept payments via Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit cards or you can use your PayPal account. Also, there is no extra charge for payments and shipping is included in the price.  In the event that no payment has been received after submitting your order, ABO may automatically cancel your order.

CONFIRMATION

Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.

DELIVERY

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the shipping situation is changing by hour. At this point we can not guarantee that our Standard delivery option is working without problems, so we suggest using the Fast delivery option as it is running more smoothly at this point. As said, we will continue tracking and updating the shipping situation, but any info that you can get from your Customs officials would help (as we can not know what's exactly going on in each country we ship to).
 
ABO shoes are exclusively available as pre-order items and they will be ready within thirty (30) days from the day of the purchase. Add to that shipping time (ten (10) to twenty (20) working days) and please be aware that it will take about a month and a half in total to receive your pair of ABO`s. It is responsibility of the Customer to provide a correct and secure address where at any time the package can be delivered.

For shoes ordered during big sale actions, add 7 working days to normal production time for your ABO`s to get ready for shipping.
 
* Please be aware that the dates provided are only estimates, and that your items may arrive sooner or later than anticipated.

ABO ships worldwide. Standard deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services (Post of Serbia) and their partners in other countries around the world. Post of Serbia shipping method includes the tracking number.
Fast deliveries are made in cooperation with FedEx.
 
Once your order and payment are received, you will be notified that your order has been shipped. You will also be provided with the tracking number. You can "track and trace" your order anytime you like.

Once Post Of Serbia receives your package, you can track the progress of your order at any time on http://www.posta.rs/struktura/eng/aplikacije/alati/posiljke.asp   or  https://www.17track.net/en using the package tracking number available from your online account under the order details, or as sent to you by email with your order confirmation.

If there is a delay in delivery the Buyer must inform ABO Customer Services. This may be done by e-mail to info@abo-shoes.com. ABO will send the information to Delivery Company to trigger the start of an investigation. If the product is found during this investigation, it will immediately be redirected to the address of the Buyer (in most cases). If on the other hand the product is not found during the investigation, Delivery Company will consider the parcel to be lost. If this is the case, ABO will send you a replacement product at its expense. If the lost product(s) are no longer available at this time, ABO will reimburse you for the cost of these products.
ABO Studio takes no responsibility for extension to delivery times due to the carrier, particularly in cases of loss of products or strikes.
ABO Studio cannot be held responsible for unanticipated delivery delays beyond its control.

Question 8

ADDITIONAL TAXES & CUSTOM DUTIES

Please notice that we are shipping from Serbia (which is not the part of EU) and it is a responsibility of the Customer to proceed with customs clearance procedure, incl. all applicable fees and charges, and be responsible for payment of all import custom duties, sales taxes and similar, if any.

Please contact your local Custom or Post service about tax, custom or any other additional costs for your package.

Any refunds to a Customer will not include any import taxes and duties paid by a Customer, customs clearance and related or similar charges.

It is Customers’ responsibility to proceed in accordance with applicable laws of a country of an importation to get a refund or waiver for such taxes and charged.

Question 9

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You have the right to return/exchange any/all ABO products you have purchased directly from our website within 15 days of receiving the item except ABO products ordered during big sale actions.
All goods will be inspected on return.
The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact, still in the same new condition as when the product was received - and the most important, must include all bills and custom documents that came with the package; otherwise the package will not be excepted and will automatically be returned to the Customer.
When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the box, as it is considered part of the product.
If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then a refund will be issued instead.
If you want a different item, or the item you want is a different price to the price at which you bought the original product, then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.
Depending on the options available in your country, you'll be responsible for all the cost of returning any items.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way! 
ABO does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.
ABO products ordered during big sale actions cannot be returned or replaced by another pair.
Order of sale items cannot be cancelled.

Partial Refund
In the case that a refund is requested, the cost of shipping and any import fees are the responsibility of the Client.

Any customs fees for the shipment of a new size are the responsibility of the Client and must be paid at the time of delivery.
 
The cost of return shipping is EUR 35, plus the cost of import fees. This amount will be deducted from the final refund.

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by ABO-SHOES.COM.

Orders paid by PayPal will be refunded to the original account.
All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.

Shipping fees and import fees of the order are non-refundable.

Repeated Returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. Please be aware that we can exchange the same item for a different size only once. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your ABO account.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Please notice that you can cancel your order within 48 hours since you purchased your ABOs. We realize that this is a bit uncommon but we have very limited production and very high demand, and we only produce pre-order items. So after that 48 hours passes, we will finish your order and proceed to sending them to your address.

ABO products ordered during big sale actions cannot be cancelled.

Question 11

WARRANTY

The warranty for the ABO shoes is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge. If the product is returned during the warranty period, ABO will repair or replace any defect, at no additional expense, within a reasonable time, after the product is returned. 
In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, WWW.ABO-SHOES.COM reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees. 
All items that are returned as faulty are thoroughly inspected by our quality control experts to deem whether an item is faulty or whether it is fair wear and tear. We may be able to offer to repair your item but please note that repairs are not guaranteed.
If in the rare event that your item is faulty due to a design error, we may be able to replace your item. Replacements are subject to availability.
 
ABO will not honor any warranty claims for products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.

ABO does not cover:
Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
 Failure or damage caused by improper use or carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, etc.)
 Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
 Aesthetic changes that occur during normal wear and tear and aging.

GIFT CARD

ABO Gift Card is valued 220 EUR and is valid 6 months from the day of its purchase. After 6 months period if it’s not used, the ABO Gift Card will considered expired and non refundable. 
 
The Gift Card receiver can use the ABO Gift Card for exchange of any pair of ABO shoes on our online shop (www.abo-shoes.com), valued 220 EUR or less. Please notice that the ABO Gift Card value of 220 EUR is strict and no change will be given to the Gift Card receiver if one chooses a pair that is discounted or costs less than 220 EUR. Also, we do not custom make shoes. Valid ABO Gift Card can only be exchanged for one pair of ABO shoes.  Please notice that in order to use the Gift Card, one must follow the instructions and provide us with the Purchase number & digital ABO Gift Card. In any case of "lost" information about the purchase we will consider the exchange not possible.

After the purchase, an email will be sent to the buyer with the details of the purchase and an image of the card, which the buyer can print or forward by email. Please, check the spam folder if the email does not arrive.
 
How to use "ABO Gift Card"?
 
The ABO Gift Card receiver needs to state the Invoice number provided by the Gift Card customer, the name of the ABO Gift Card customer and forward to us the digital ABO Gift Card in order to use it. With all that info (Invoice number, name of the Gift Card customer and digital Gift card email) you need to state which ABO shoes style and size you want to exchange the gift card for (the ABO Gift Card can be exchanged only for the styles and sizes that are available on our web shop). For sizes 36 and 41 please make an enquiry via email info@abo-shoes.com.

You are permitted to use the Content of this website only if authorised by ABO. Any reproduction or redistribution of the above listed Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
